Ashgrove Cheese is a family owned and operated business located in the picturesque farming region of Elizabeth Town in Northern Tasmania.
This is a traditional farmhouse cheddar cheese crafted by hand using traditional cheddaring techniques. The milk is not standardized prior to cheese making resulting in a farmhouse cheese that is slightly creamier and richer in flavour than standard cheddar.
All milk for the cheese production is sourced from the families own dairy cows ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
