Coriole Kalamata Olives are all grown on their own groves and from a select handful of suppliers who share their commitment to quality. All the olives are hand picked at optimum ripeness and handled gently to maintain top condition.

These Olives have a firm flesh which is delicate and flavorsome. The flesh comes easily away from the stone which is small and smooth. Coriole olives are preserved in a mild light vinegar brine for flavor, balance and optimum preservation. Coriole Kalamata Olives are a completely natural olive.

This olive is slightly larger than the Coriole Kalamata Olive, large size.
