Holy Goat Wins Presidents Medal

'Best of the best' in Australian Agriculture. This is how Glenn Dudley, President of the RAS, described Holy Goat Cheese, this years winner of the prestigious President's Medal. Holy Goat Cheese, won for it's La Luna Goat Cheese, in the midst of fierce competition and rigorous adjudication.

Holy Goat Cheese was presented with $10,000 and the silver heritage President's Medal at a gala dinner with Australia's top food and wine aficionados at the Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney. Guests enjoyed a spectacular four course menu, designed by Consulting Chef Justin North (Owner & Executive Chef of Becasse) & Tim Browne (Executive Chef of the RAS) featuring the six finalists plus other Champion and Medal winners from the recent Macquarie Group Sydney Royal Wine Show, Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show.
