The Warrnambool cheese plant is one of the largest and most modern cheese plants in Australia. The majority of cheese produced at the plant is of the standard cheddar variety. In addition, low fat cheddar, skim milk, Gouda, Romano, Swiss style cheeses and club cheddars are also produced. Expert cheese graders continue a long tradition of monitoring and selecting the cheese to ensure superior and consistent flavours.

Warrnambool Red Wax Matured Cheddar is based on a traditional English style. It has a well-balanced flavour and a texture that is firm enough to slice without being overly crumbly. It is matured for up to 12 months, and it comes in red wax.
