Barambah Organics is a family owned company based in Brisbane Queensland, producing high quality certified organic products. The milk is sourced from their own farm located at Murgon in the South Burnett Region of South West Queensland, where the cows feed on a balanced pasture of perennial legumes and grasses under the vivid blue skies and River Red Gum trees on the banks of the Dumaresq River. The farm is organically managed by Ian and Jane Campbell with the upmost attention given to animal welfare and health, but also with a strong focus on the sustainability of the land.

The Barambah Swiss has a nutty slightly sweet flavour and a firm, mildly pliable texture. It is made with Organically Certified Milk however the product itself is not organically certified. Uses are varied, on a cheese board, in fondue or on sandwiches to name a few.
