Description:
Traditional farmhouse artisan cheddar cheeses are specially selected after 12 to 15 months of aging to be naturally smoked over oak wood chips. The wheels are cut into 1.5kg wedges prior to smoking, allowing a good infusion of smoky flavour into the cheese. No artificial flavourings are added.
The natural smoking process adds a new level of complexity to the flavour of this well rounded cheddar cheese. It can be used for cheese boards and is also perfect for grilling and grating.
