Description:
This artisan cheese is made according to traditional methods on the limestone plateaux of the Causse du Larzac in the Midi-Pyrenees.
This sheep milk cheese has a thin “geo” rind that naturally ripens the interior to a soft texture, like very thick cream. The mild flavour is soft and velvety, with none of the salty acidic qualities associated with similar sheep’s milk cheeses.
