Gentle Goat is a fresh soft rindless goat’s cheese. It has a high moisture content and a texture that delivers a soft mouthfeel. It has a slightly nutty flavour that is encompassed in a light creaminess which follows through to an acidic finish.
Uses include; anti-pasta dishes, quiches, pastas & pizzas just to name a few, but also great on it’s own with good bread and a glass of Riesling to wash it down.
