Valrhona Cocoa Nibs are dry-roasted pieces of the cocoa bean. After roasting, the shells are removed from the cocoa beans, the inner ‘flesh’ is broken into small pieces called cocoa nibs. They are crunchy, have a dark cocoa aroma and have a slightly bitter, dark chocolate/coffee flavour. An all-natural ingredient that adds great texture and cocoa flavour.
