Description:
The sweet mustard from Alsace is obtained from a mix of brown seeds of the Brassica Juncea variety for taste and power, and yellow seeds of the Sinapis Alba for softness. It has been historically produced in Alsace since the 19th century. Alélor, founded in 1873, is today the last mustard factory making mustard the old traditional way.
