Doodles Creek have added a Beetroot relish to the range. The earthy beetroot flavour and colour have been carefully retained during cooking. A subtle use of vinegar gives it a tangy flavour that finishes on a sweet note. The clever use of horseradish gives it a complex flavour without the customary hit of heat. The salsa style texture of the relish also makes it ideal for use in sandwiches and as an accompaniment spooned onto canapés or meat dishes.

• Mix into homemade hommus to make Beetroot Hommus
• Sweet potato fries with beetroot dip
• Make a dip with beetroot relish, yoghurt, garlic, cumin, paprika and coriander
