Doodles Mayonnaise is made with the best ingredients. The mayonnaise is European in style being less sweet than many mayonnaises. The rich and creamy texture is achieved because they use Sunflower Oil (75%) and free range eggs (15%). The product is not extended with water or thickeners and there are no artificial flavours. The mayonnaise is thickened naturally with egg yolk. Sunflower oil is recognised as having positive health benefits and Doodles Creek products contain no Trans Fats.
Doodles Tartare Sauce is made traditionally with capers and gherkins. It is a must with fish and chips.
