Sperlari Mustard Fruit is produced from ancient recipes using traditional methods and only the freshest of fruit. The fruit is firstly candied through syrup, not glazed, and then soaked in mustard seed oil. Mostarda is an excellent accompaniment to boiled and roasted meats.
