Lavosh is an unleavened crisp flat bread derived from a flat bread eaten all over the Caucasus, Western Asia and the areas surrounding the Caspian Sea where it is often eaten fresh from the tandoor while still warm and soft.

Simon Johnson Lavosh is lightly flavoured with sesame and poppy seeds, rolled thin, GMO-Free and contains no added yeast. Serve with your favourite cheese or dip, pop them in a picnic basket or add them to a gourmet gift hamper.
