The name Callebaut is writen in chocolate and has been for more than 120 years. Callebaut's Chocolate is the end-result of the careful weighing out and mixing of cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and sugar in specific proportions. The proportion of those ingredients- and the addition of others such as lecithin, vanilla or vanillin- determines the taste of the end product. The milk chocolate has a well balanced milk, cocoa and caramel flavour with a cocoa level of 33.6%.
