Georges Bruck Foie Gras Semi-Cooked Black Label is of outstandingly high quality with a superb soft texture that melts in the mouth. The block is made of a minimum 50% lobe pieces that have never been frozen. It is also semi-cooked at a very low temperature, preserving it without cooking the whole way through, so it’s still pink when you slice into the terrine.

This gourmet delicacy has an unctuous flavour that is sweet, rich and moreish. It’s perfect to pan-fry, use in a parfait, or to serve fresh with sweet onion confit, cornichons and lightly toasted bread.
