Georges Bruck Foie Gras Semi Cooked with Madeira is duck liver cooked in stock and madeira, then placed in a glass jar with salt and spices. It’s then covered with stock which sets into a natural jelly.

This gourmet delicacy has an unctuous flavour that is sweet, rich and moreish. Serve fresh with sweet onion confit, cornichons and lightly toasted bread.
