Barambah Organics is a family owned company based in Brisbane Queensland, producing high quality certified organic products. The milk is sourced from their own farm located at Murgon in the South Burnett Region of South West Queensland, where the cows feed on a balanced pasture of perennial legumes and grasses under the vivid blue skies and River Red Gum trees on the banks of the Dumaresq River. The farm is organically managed by Ian and Jane Campbell with the upmost attention given to animal welfare and health, but with also a strong focus on the sustainability of the land.

Quark is a healthy smooth cheese not to dissimilar to cottage cheese or cream cheese in texture and flavour. However the health benefits are more inline with that of yoghurt. Quark is nutritiously rich in protein and contains all of the important minerals, vitamins A, B, C and D. Quark has many applications; Spreads, dips, cake fillings, pastries, cheese cakes, biscuits, the list is seemingly endless….
