Paesanella Fior Di Latte is simular to Paesanella Bocconcini, only much larger, and the same curd is used in its manufacturing process. Fior Di Latte is soft white in colour, has a smooth elastic and chewy consistency and is stretchy when melted. It maintains its freshness being a product suspended in water. Being semi-soft , elastically textured and suspended in water, allows the cheese to exhibit its delicate flavour.
