Located in the heart of the beautiful Yarra Valley wine district, 50km east of Melbourne Victoria, the Yarra Valley Dairy make fine artisan cows’ and goats’ milk cheeses that they sell into markets around the globe. They use cows’ milk from surrounding dairy farms but source their goats’ milk from Victoria’s Gippsland region, where climatic conditions are more favourable to producing high quality goat’s milk.

Yarra Valley Dairy Feta in Brine is packed with the cheese still in the cheese cloth, allowing for easy draining at use. It has a unique soft texture not commonly found in Australian cows’ milk feta, resulting in a smooth creamy mouth feel. Flavours are predominately delicate, sweet and lactic with a very slight saline finish.
