Gundowring Ice Cream is made by Sarah and Stephen Crooke in a purpose-built ice-creamery on the Crooke family dairy farm in the tranquil Kiewa Valley in northeast Victoria. Fresh milk and cream sourced from their Holstein herd is combined with their own anglaise base, and then flavoured with vanilla beans imported direct from the grower in Madagascar. Gundowring French Vanilla Ice Cream is elegant with an unmistakable velvety flavour and texture.
