Style: Robust – pungent, aromatic, balanced with persistent flavour.
Organoleptic Profile: The initial aromas reveal a ripe, fresh, tropical profile marked by discreet hints of both artichoke and green banana complemented by intense spicy notes. These unfold to reveal a gentle richness, textural fullness and penetrating lingering flavours. Exquisite balance and persistence are the enduring hallmarks of this Champion first cold decanter pressed Extra Virgin oil.
Product Description: The olives are hand selected from 10-year-old trees that thrive in high altitude cool climate groves located on the western foothills of Australia’s Great Dividing Range near Crookwell, NSW. These isolated and pristine conditions create exceptional quality Extra Virgin olive oil.
The distinctive richly flavoured ALTO Vividus Extra Virgin olive oil complements a variety of foods and cooking methods. Use as a dipping oil, to dress salads, in marinades or poured over pasta dishes. An ideal accompaniment when cooking leafy greens, or roasting vegetables; with pulses, and when grilling, searing or roasting red meats or game.
