Schulz Butchers have been producing traditional bacon and smallgoods
since 1939. Now owned by Barossa Fine Foods they continue today to produce some
of Australia’s most sought after smallgoods products. They were awarded ‘Best
Australian Bacon’ in the national Australian Bacon Awards for 2011 and 2012.
Wagyu Beef is made using Wagyu beef with a minimum marble score of 4. It is traditionally
cured, cold smoked and heat treated giving it an unbelievable rich smokey flavour
that melts in your mouth. It is great on platters, used in sandwiches or salads
and pairs beautifully with a spicy horseradish mayo.
