Description:
This chunky artisan terrine is a delicious alternative to pate. Studded with chicken fillets and encased in a tarragon spiced pork and chicken farce, it is easily sliced and works well on a charcuterie plate. The lovely chicken jelly adds another dimension of texture when it is paired with toasted sour dough and chutney as a bar snack or lunch.
