Description:
French style salami is one of the most popular pieces of charcuterie. La Parisiennes' Saucisson Sec's are rich and flavourful with an excellent balance of seasoning. The pork meat is blended with fresh garlic, sea salt and black peppercorns then cured in an all-natural beef casing. The natural fermentation of the meat produces a peppery, lightly sour taste that is pleasant and clean.
