Petuna Smoked Atlantic Salmon is grown in the cool, clean wilderness waters of Macquarie Harbour on the edge of Tasmania’s World Heritage area. The natural tidal flow and icy cold waters provide the perfect environment. The long slow cold smoking process using Tasmanian Oak, enhances the natural colour and texture of the salmon.
Petuna Smoked Atlantic Salmon has a fat content rich in essential omega 3 oils, a luscious marbling of the flesh which results in a deliciously rich flavour.
