Petuna Smoked Atlantic Salmon are grown in the cool, clean wilderness waters of Macquarie Harbour on the edge of Tasmania’s World Heritage area where the fish flourish in the mix of tannin-rich fresh river water and cool sea water from the Southern Ocean. This unique environment encourages disease-free growth all year round.
A long slow cold smoking process using Tasmanian Oak enhances the natural colour and texture of the salmon, producing a luscious marbling of the flesh and a deliciously rich flavour.
Salmon is one of the best natural sources of essential Omega 3 oils.
