Profile

This is an artisanal cheese made in the Valles Oriental district of Catalonia. Made from the milk of Murciana and Granadina goats, it is a compact, yet soft and unctuous cheese. The rind is covered in a blueish-grey velvety bloom. Garrotxa has a very pleasant mild flavour that is both creamy and sharp.
