Verjuice is a juice of unfermented white grapes used for culinary purposes.

The great benefit of verjuice is that it is an acidulant, milder than lemon juice or redwine vinegar and , when used, dosen't mask the flavour of the food to which it is added.

As Verjuice ages, the colour and the flavour of the product intensifies.
