The Barossa Valley Cheese Company's range now includes cow and goat milk cheeses, with Victoria and her small team always seeking innovative ideas and refining traditional methods in cheese making. Their washed rind cheeses have become a speciality, receiving a number of top awards in artisan cheese competitions.
The Bambina is made with delicate goat milk to produce a baby white mould cheese. This delightful little cheese is mild and creamy with a subtle citrusy sharpness. This “Little Kid” is the perfect snack for one person.
